I was specific about how I wanted my haircut my stylist did exactly the opposite of what I asked. She cut too much of my hair off, even though I told her not to cut the front at all. Then she cut it unevenly, I was forced to change my style altogether. Also, I had a coupon that they refused to honor because they said it had been used before, even though it was sent to my Facebook page. They did not offer any sort of discount for my unpleasant and inexcusable haircut, so I ended up having to pay full price for a horrible haircut The sad part is, I go there pretty regularly as my records show. I was sorely disappointed they did not do anything to make the situation any better. I will find another place. I suppose you get what you pay for.
