We were unsure on how many inches he wanted off so I asked if we could start with a couple first and go from there. The employee’s response was then “I want to do one hair cut not four” she clearly did not care to work with us or help my son figure out what he wanted. She also didn’t seem to want to do her job so we walked out and went to Sports Clips where we were received with a more welcoming environment and someone who was happy to help my son! Sadly, will not be returning to this location due to this negative attitude and customer service.
