  Como es posible que no acepte. Cambios aquí It is unheard of to come and make an exchange at this Sephora and they do not make exchanges or refunds. I do not recommend it.

  Of course if I could give zero stars would. I visited this Sephora today with my mom , upon entering the staff were very nice . They pointed me to direction of the products I needed and in no time I was waiting to check out. While waiting for my mom to continue consulting with one of the workers as she browsed through a selection of products I began to also browse and look over products . In the corner of my eye I noticed a lady following my every move . As I browsed down the isles she seemed to meet me at every turn and I noticed her eyes on my hands , she kept an eye on everything I touched and everything I put down. Mind you I am the only black female in store at the time there were plenty of other people shopping and browsing but she kept her eyes on me not even paying attention to any of the other people in the store. I was dressed very down today with legging an and a bonnet but I didn’t enter the store with a purse all I had in my hand was my phone to use sole pay and my car keys. I remediated felt profiles. She kept following me so I asked he r if she worked at the store , she said “kind of not really , how can I help you ? “ I asked her if she could get me someone to help me check out. I thought that if I brought my items she wouldn’t continue to follow me or think that I was stealing while I was waiting for my mom. She even watched me as I check out I only had two items . As my mom walked up to the counter I walked away and answered a phone call and she still continued to follow me thru out the store .she only stoped following me when I began to speak about how uncomfortable I felt to the person I was talking to on the phone. As a woman of color being profiled by another minority of (Spanish descent ) let’s just say I left the store feeling very dissatisfied and I will be avoiding this store from now on. And to the young lady that followed me around the store and made me feel uncomfortable you should be ashamed of yourself. If I wanted to steal I would have can in with more than just a crop top a pair of leggings a phone and some keys.

  El lugar de sephora me parece demasiado pequeño, no hay muchas, marcas, carece de productos, es bueno quizás para ir y que te saque de un apuro, pero para los residentes de la zona que buscan algún producto nuevo no es el establecimiento adecuado.
