I waited outside for an entire hour for them to come back. When they finally returned, they told me they couldn’t take my appointment because their Wi-Fi wasn’t working, so they couldn’t access their system. No notice, no apology, and a complete waste of my time. Very unprofessional experience. Maybe it’s good that they didn’t pierce me, because with this approach I don’t even think they are professionals..
