  I had an outstanding experience at Sephora. From the moment I walked in, the level of customer service was exceptional. The entire team made me feel welcomed and valued. I want to especially recognize Dilia and Melissa, along with the entire staff. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help truly stood out. They took the time to understand my needs, explain products in detail, and guide me with personalized recommendations—without any pressure. The store was immaculate, beautifully organized, and easy to navigate. Everything was perfectly displayed, creating a seamless and elevated shopping experience. This location truly sets the standard for customer service and team collaboration. It’s not just about buying products—it’s about the experience, the care, and the expertise you receive. Highly recommend this team. I will definitely be coming back!

  I have been a loyal customer at this location for over a decade, visiting for countless special occasions my baby shower, my mother’s wedding, my sister-in-law’s wedding, as well as trips, concerts, and more. This store has always been a go-to for important moments in my life. However, over the past two years, I’ve noticed a significant decline in customer service. On multiple visits, there has been little to no greeting upon entering, and staff members never offer assistance. The overall atmosphere often feels unwelcoming, with employees appearing disengaged and unfriendly. Nasty mean looks and sour faces. As a long-time customer, this has been disappointing. That said, I want to highlight a recent experience that truly stood out. This past Saturday, for the first time in yearssss my sister and I were warmly approached and assisted by Sandra. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to help us. Her professionalism and genuine attitude made a lasting impression and reminded me of the level of service this store is capable of providing. I strongly encourage management to address the inconsistencies in customer service. Every customer deserves to feel welcomed, respected, and valued. Positive experiences like the one we had with Sandra should be the standard, not the exception.

  Every time I come here, they are very helpful and professional. They are very knowledgeable on the products the store offers and willing to help you find what works for your needs. The store is always stocked with products as I have never had an issue, also the store is very kept up and clean which I like. I would recommend buying from this store

  i usually have a great experience at this location, most of the the girls are usually very nice and helpful. But i can’t say this for all of the employees. gaby was extremely rude and seemed extremely annoyed when i asked her to help me with finding a foundation. she simply pointed at a brand and didn’t offer to help. Had to ask another employee named claudia for help and she was super nice and helpful. Made up for the experience i had before.
