Just saw this review and had to chime in—I’ve dealt with COCO multiple times and she’s one of the most straightforward and helpful managers there. Usually, when people complain about 'attitude' in retail, it just means they didn't get a refund they weren't entitled to anyway. Keep up the great work guys
- KSKris S.2 days ago1.0I called the design district location to see what could be done about a perfume that I purchased there that suddenly stopped working- pump broken. It's after the 30 day exchange window, but was hoping they could provide a solution, instead I got a very rude "manager" by the name of COCO. Her tone was abrasive and she just told me to call customer service number, when I asked for the store manager name- she told me she felt "uncomfortable" sharing that information, which is so bizarre since that's public information. I just don't understand the need for the attitude and unhelpful approach, she could've just been more pleasant especially since it looks like I'm out of luck with this situation.

Do better Sephora, I’m sure lots of girls would like to work with you. Why hire someone incompetent? Been shopping at sephora over 10 years, never had an employee as clueless as Kim. Won’t be shopping in this store anymore for as long as she is working - FYI, I probably spend more money here than her entire salary.
