As I waited for Swany, the girl who is supposed to do my hair another lady walks in for a blow dry. I'm sitting waiting to have my hair shampooed when she welcomes the guest and shampoos her hair before mine. Then she shampoos mine. I'm thinking that she will blow dry her hair while my treatment in on my hair. Well, I was told that she was going to blow dry her hair before even starting mine. After almost an hour of waiting, I decided to leave. I will never returned to this place. Mind you that I was ready to spend up to $300 on hair and service. It was a very disappointing experience.
