- JRJennifer RodriguezApr 1, 20261.0I’m a repeat client and had an appointment scheduled over two weeks in advance, before a flight that same evening. When I arrived, staff acknowledged me and asked me to sit. I was actually a few minutes early. After waiting 17 minutes, I got up to ask when I would be helped. Tiffany, who my appointment was with, told me she couldn’t assist me because she had “two colors” ahead of me. This should have been communicated when I first walked in, especially since I had a confirmed appointment. I asked to speak to the manager, only to find out that she is the manager. That was extremely disappointing. Appointments should be honored, and basic communication should be a priority. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I would caution others that scheduled appointments here may not be respected.
