I visited this clinic in December 2025 for a facial treatment. During the appointment, I was advised to undergo a different procedure using the Endo One Laser, which was presented as innovative, painless, and without major risks.
The provider was aware of my pre-existing medical conditions, including glaucoma, yet the procedure went ahead.
After the treatment, I experienced severe swelling, fever, intense headaches, significant vision problems (including double vision), and facial paralysis on one side. I was later evaluated at the hospital by a doctor and informed that I had sustained a facial nerve injury, with an estimated recovery time of six months to one year. I also had to undergo a brain MRI due to the visual complications.
These issues have prevented me from working and have required ongoing medical care. When I contacted the clinic with concerns, I was repeatedly told that my symptoms were normal, even after more than six weeks while still paralyzed.
When I asked for help with medical expenses, I was informed that the clinic does not have insurance coverage. I am also aware that I am not the only patient who required hospital care after similar procedures with this provider.
I am sharing my experience so others—especially those with pre-existing medical conditions—can make a fully informed decision before undergoing treatments here.
Thank you for your response.
I would like to clarify that my concerns are not about discussing private medical details in a public forum, but about the lack of adequate follow-up, support, and professionalism after a serious adverse reaction.
After reporting severe and escalating symptoms — including facial paralysis, fever, vision disturbances, and neurological complications — I was repeatedly reassured that my condition was “normal” and expected, even as symptoms persisted for weeks. No meaningful clinical reassessment, referral, or appropriate post-treatment guidance was provided during that time.
Some of the post-treatment recommendations I received were later contradicted by medical professionals who evaluated me in a hospital setting, raising further concerns about the appropriateness of the aftercare provided.
While I understand privacy regulations, patient safety and responsible follow-up are essential components of quality care. Unfortunately, in my experience, these were lacking. My intention in sharing this review is not to debate details publicly, but to highlight the importance of transparent communication, proper monitoring, and accountability — especially when treating individuals with known pre-existing medical conditions.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvements in patient care and post-treatment management.
Thank you for your response.
