  After some time away from NOW Massage Wynwood, it was great to return. My first session with Rey was outstanding. He’s a true professional — focused, knowledgeable, and very dialed in to what your body needs. The experience was seamless from start to finish and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend. I’ll be booking with Rey again very soon.

  My husband signed up for a membership and was given one credit as part of the signup. We decided to cancel the membership one day after the first charge. We were told we still had to pay for one additional billing cycle, in addition to the one we just paid, which we accepted—even though the cancellation was made almost immediately. The frustrating part came when my husband, who travels frequently, wanted me to use the credit instead. We were then told that because he canceled the membership, he could no longer “gift” or “transfer” the credit. That he has to be a member to do this. That makes absolutely no sense. The credit was already paid for, so why should we be forced to remain locked into a membership just to be able to gift something we rightfully paid for? I’ve never heard of a company requiring someone to stay in a contract in order to transfer or gift a credit they already purchased. It feels like an unfair policy designed to trap customers into staying subscribed. Very disappointing.

  What a perfect massage experience. General Manager Katrina Gell has done a fantastic job across the two locations I have visited. The reception team were kind and welcoming, informative and pressure-free. Jonathan, my massage therapist for an 80-min Stretch-Style massage was a gentle soul whose intuition led him to each area of need without me having to tell him what hurt. The sound of waves lapping onto the shore throughout this well-conceived sanctuary in the heart of Wynwood is a calming reminder why all we have, or need is Now.

  Hands down, best massage spot in Miami. You cannot compete with the price and experience anywhere here. I recently became a member a few months back because it brings the monthly massage price down from $130 (without a membership) to $90 (with a membership). Not to mention you receive discounts to beauty brands with your membership including Summer Fridays and Rare Beauty. The team at the studio is phenomenal from the front desk staff to my massage therapist, Natasha. They are so friendly and nice. Every time, after I leave my appointment, I feel rejuvenated and refreshed. The ambiance of the studio is stunning. The studio gives off Tulum vibes between the lighting and tent style massage rooms. On top of that they play beach waves on the speakers to make it feel like you are at the beach.

  This was my first time visiting The Now Massage Wynwood and it was wonderful. I wanted to treat myself to a massage for my birthday and I had no regrets. I booked a 80 minute The Healer massage with Fresh Eyes (Soothing eye mask made with vitamins and antioxidants) and Herbal Heat Therapy (Herbal heat packs used on neck and back during treatment) add-ons. Melissa was uuhhhmazing! I lost count on how many times I fell asleep because I was so comfortable. This location is also a great option if you’re visiting the area and are looking to make the most of a day in Wynwood. There’s plenty of restaurants and shops in very close proximity, as well as Wynwood Walls.
