    Fabulous experience at the NOW Wynnwood. Amazing hot crystal, deep tissue massage with super Yennifer. Unique and exotic with soothing ocean waves sounds. You feel like you’re on a beach vacay. Outstanding customer service from entire staff/management. Will be back for sure. ❤️❤️❤️ Karen Rakow

    I want to thank Marcial for being attentive to my problem areas and just having the natural ability to listen to his clients’ body to target more areas of needed release. I’ve had good massages before and his ability to identify and focus on areas of accumulated stress was exceptional. I came here after having a bad massage experience the day before and it helped a lot. I only dropped a star because I didn’t like how clients can’t speak to their massage therapist, due to the setup at the Wynwood location - the “rooms” are separated by canvas drapes so it could disturb everyone else in the area. But for me it’s important to be able to communicate with the therapist at some points during the massage.

    Absolutely incredible. My second time coming and I finally signed up for the membership. It is so worth it. Chelsea made me feel like a new woman both mentally and physically. Diana (or Diane) at the front desk is an absolute angel as well. I love this place! I was so happy to take my mom there and share this hidden gem with her.

    I absolutely LOVED it here! Yennifer was the one who did my massage and I was on cloud 9 after my massage. It felt incredible. The entire staff here was also really sweet, calming, and professional. I have had many massages in the past and they have not come close to what I experienced here. I am so excited for my next massage!! I highlyyyy recommend.

    Had a TERRIBLE experience with the manager Kyle. My wife and I have been coming to this location once a week for a while now. We received a call that there was fraud or “disputed” charges on our account and as such, we would no longer be allowed at this location. We do occasionally get fraud on our cards as they are also used for business, but this is normally pretty quick to resolve. We explained this to Kyle, however, we were told that even if resolved the disputed charges or put it on another card, we were no longer welcome at this location no matter what we did. We explained to the Regional Manager who assured us that he was incorrect and that we could obviously come back once we resolved whatever caused the fraud/ dispute, but we’re definitely not coming back after this ordeal. Horrible treatment towards customers who have been coming regularly (and would’ve continued to do so)
