Staff randomly goes on lunch breaks and closes the studio for an hour even when clients have scheduled appointments. I showed up for my appointment and the place was closed with a note saying they were out for lunch. Situations like this show a complete lack of respect for clients’ time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I waited outside for an entire hour for them to come back. When they finally returned, they told me they couldn’t take my appointment because their Wi-Fi wasn’t working, so they couldn’t access their system. No notice, no apology, and a complete waste of my time. Very unprofessional experience. Maybe it’s good that they didn’t pierce me, because with this approach I don’t even think they are professionals..

While the second lobe is healing fine, they put in wayyy too small of a bar for my conch that the piercing didn’t have room for the swelling. When I went to a professional piercer in my home town, it was extremely painful to remove that I was sobbing during the whole process. He put in a surgical steel bar that’s actually recommended for fresh piercings as well as a longer bar and there was instant relief. Moral of the story is this place needs to take into account swelling and use longer bars.
