Me regalaron un gift card por mi cumpleaños y lamentablemente fui a Kohls porque la tienda era nueva y pensaba que iba a encontrar todo. No tenían lo que necesitaba así que elegí algo por el momento y me fui. Cuando volví a devolver la compra porque iría a otro Sephora fue terrible. La devolución solo es para comprar en kohls y no en los demás sephora. Yo necesitaba algo de lo OTROS Sephora y ellos no lo tenían. Bueno lo acepté y luego solo pudieron devolver 1 producto ya que me dieron una muestra de perfume que NO pedí por mi cumpleaños y sin la muestra de perfume no podía retornar lo demás. Faltaba más, Pésimo. Pérdida de tiempo, Pérdida de dinero. Pérdida de Regalo
