- NRNICO RICOJan 5, 20265.0I passed by Sephora yesterday because I needed skincare. I was wishing to change my cleanser because it started breaking me out, but I'm a little lost in these things. Fortunately, Michelle was kind enough to help me out. She explained that I most likely have sensitive skin and my original cleanser was too rough on me. So, she recommended the Inkey List. She was super thoughtful and helpful! I’ll definitely come here again.

She looked at me then proceeded to quickly walk away towards another section. Mind you she walked away to go stand in another spot, not doing anything. Another employee caught an attitude after i asked her where something was saying “ It’s Right in front of your face”. As if it wasn’t multiple other people blocking it. Maybe work on customer service with some of your employees. Thankfully there was one sweetheart who actually helped me & went above and beyond.
