Ended up finding an empty bottle of what I was looking for tossed in the bottom of an unlit display then dug around in the drawers to see if I could find one. Ultimately left empty handed.

Who am I speaking to?” The representative responded with, “Why do you need to know who you’re speaking to, you don’t need to know anything?”.. I was just trying to be polite and address her by name. I understand she may not have to give her name, but there was no need to speak to me that way. The tone felt rude and unnecessary. I was calling respectfully and expected the same courtesy in return.
- ACAdina CarpJan 25, 20261.0I had the absolute worst experience in the Brickell City Center Sephora today. The employee named Mariposa took me to checkout and did not speak a word of English to me, she completely messed up after putting my email she charged me for the product somehow outside of my account although I had given her my email and then she couldn’t email me my receipt. She then proceeded to try to recharge me for the product; if I hadn’t realized what she had done, I would’ve walked out of the store charged twice. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had, I will not be back here again. Recommend the Miami world center location if you live in Miami where employees are actually competent and can speak English.
