- ISIng Shire2 days ago1.0Yesterday, after 12:30 pm, I went to this store to request a copy of a receipt for a purchase I made with my card. At the end of December, I returned the product at sephora international mall because it was close to my house, but it been over 2 week i haven't get my refund and I'm still waiting. The reason I needed a copy of the receipt was to get the order number, but the cashiers at Sephora Brickell or city center responded very rudely, saying that it couldn't be done. I felt terrible because I returned the product at sephora intarnational mall and they don't want to answer me either. and I feel like I've been robbed.

On top of that, this location needs to be reported to corporate for not only its bad management but VERY VISIBLE discrimination. I decided to look at the reviews to see if I was the only one who experienced this and not surprised to see other people of color sharing that they had similar encounters of blatant discrimination. It’s so bad to the point that it needs to be reported to corporate if their discrimination clauses truly hold up, because this location truly disregards all of them. This Sephora needs some serious changes to management on all levels.

I also walked in behind a hispanic lady but yet they only stopped me to say it’s 10 min left before close ( i was the only black girl in the store) and once inside they kept trying to rush me to leave. I wasn’t even in the store for more than 3 min total…. very unprofessional
