- LLl599Nov 11, 20251.0I usually love shopping at Sephora but this Sephora was horrible. The assistants were horrible only looking for the designer bag customers and ignoring everyone else. They were talking badly about the customers in the middle of the store and gave me bad looks when I walked past them. Only one of them working at the cash register was at least a little nice the other one their was horrible as well treating one customer badly for wanting something from behind the counter. I can not recommend this store at all.

The employees all look and talk to you as if you have committed a crime for asking them a question. God forbid they have to work at WORK. They seem to think they are the last coke bottle in the desert the way they treat their customers. How about if you don’t like your job get a new one? Or if you’re not good at customer service don’t apply for a customer service job. Stay away from this Sephora and go spend your time and money at literally any other Sephora.

It’s definitely on the expensive side, but you can tell the craftsmanship is top-tier. This is the kind of clothing that’ll last for years, not just one season. One of the staff members helped me try on a few items and was polite and knowledgeable, but not overbearing. I personally had a good experience but I could see how it might vary. If you’re wondering whether it’s worth checking out I’d say yes, if you’re into timeless, well made fashion and don’t mind investing in quality. Even if you’re not buying right away, it’s a nice place to browse and get a feel for the brand in person. Wouldn’t call it the most “friendly” store I’ve ever been to but it’s definitely professional and respectful. Overall, a solid luxury shopping experience without the attitude.
