The male employee who helped me apparently doesn’t know how to read because I did NOT HAVE MY GLASSES available and I specifically walked up to him and asked if a product from Glossier— that I handed over to him— was for the lips. He said it was and I proceeded to purchase the item. When i got home, this man had sold me A FRICKIN CHEEK TINT. Truly sad that Sephora has such a CRAPPY, UNINFORMED STAFF who do not care about their clients AT ALL. No attention to detail, not even the bare minimum. I legitimately feel sorry for any tourist client who thinks they are getting something in particular, but then drive miles to get home or hop on a plane to discover that the person who took care of them— and IS GETTING PAID— took your money and didn’t even bother to look at the product you were asking about. BTW!!! I actually work in luxury retail down the street, so I know what I’m talking about!!! We would NEVERRRR treat our clients like this!! The entire reason we work in luxury retail is to treat them like gold, so they will have an amazing experience with your customer service, and then can come back to spend their hard-earned money where you work!!! It is imperative that we treat our customers with dignity and respect. Disgusting, Sephora! Time to do better!!

I loved everything she recommended and how everything looked on me. I’ve honestly never been this well advised at Sephora. She was great, patient, and really knew what she was doing
