- RCRuth CordobaSep 9, 20251.0I came into the store looking for a particular men’s perfume, I was looking for representative to help me with the perfume when I asked who can help me in the floor to the person on the register she just looked at me and pointed at another associate I approached her and before I even asked she with an attitude said you have to wait, mind you she wasn’t with another it was 1:30 pm on a Tuesday I waited patiently for her on the perfume side when she came she just grabbed the perfume and with an attitude she said that it will be in the register. I then proceeded to go pay it and the cashier a blonde older lady as rude as the previous representative, since is my birthday month and I’m also a cardholder I nicely asked if I had any type of rewards for my birthday? She proceeded with a hard look showing 2 available items to chose from and said pick one of you want again with a horrible attitude. I always go to Sephora but this is the very first time I had such a bad experience corporate needs to train there staff better.
