- ESElayne SantanaDec 1, 20251.0I’m not giving it a -1 because that option doesn’t exist… I come to this Sephora simply because it’s the closest one to me. Today, unfortunately, I had to ask Ms. María for help to find a product that wasn’t even visible, and she turned out to be the most disrespectful, unprofessional person I’ve encountered in a long time. She works here, yet chooses to treat customers poorly for absolutely no reason. Telling me to ‘WAIT’ in the most repulsive, rude and unnecessary way, right in front of other customers—over a conversation that wasn’t even important, just about dogs. I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but what this woman did is beyond unacceptable. Ms. MARÍA openly stereotypes people, and her behavior is completely out of line for someone representing a store. I truly hope she reads this herself, because this is the least I can do to call out such disgraceful treatment.
