  I had a wonderful experience at Rowan in Coconut Grove when I took my daughter for her piercing. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel comfortable and welcome. The nurses were incredibly attentive, kind, and professional throughout the whole process. Carol was especially amazing. She took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of our questions patiently, and made sure both my daughter and I felt confident and at ease before moving forward. Her warmth and professionalism really stood out and made the experience even more special. You can truly tell that the staff cares about their clients and wants to make the experience positive and safe. My daughter felt calm and supported the entire time, and I really appreciated how thorough and gentle everyone was. I highly recommend Rowan Coconut Grove to anyone considering ear piercing for their child. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely kind. It was a great experience from start to finish.

  Walked in last Wednesday the 4th after lunch — The short brunette Latina was extremely rude. I asked for help with my nose ring (which is truly an earring) Because it kept falling out, and that was the closest one to me because I was away from home and I was met with “that earring is not even from here“ and the woman kept going back-and-forth with me when I know for a fact, I got my piercing at Rowan just a different location so she refused to help me…. my piercing fell out and it was a huge ordeal. I had to keep It taped in so it wouldn’t fall out and my hole wouldn’t close. That woman should not be serving customers than any capacity at all. Especially with the prices you guys charge!

  I had a great experience at Rowan Coconut Grove. The studio is clean, welcoming, and very professional, and the nurses make you feel comfortable throughout the entire piercing process. A special thank you to the Manager, Carol, who does an amazing job creating such a friendly and organized environment. You can really tell the team cares about their guests. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for a safe and positive piercing experience!

  I recently came in for my baby’s piercing. The first lady, we interacted with was absolutely amazing. super helpful, patient, and genuinely sweet. She made the process feel comfortable and answered all of my questions, which I really appreciated as a parent. Unfortunately, the experience changed once we got to the nurse. She came across as unfriendly didnt even say bye and just left us on the chair. She came across very robotic, which wasn’t what I was expecting for something as delicate as a baby piercing. I was hoping for a warmer, more reassuring approach given the situation. not sure if place was baby friendly overall.

  Went in as a walk-in for some additional lobe piercings and couldn’t be more happy with my experience today at Rowan! My piercing nurse was Gen, who was very knowledgable, skilled, and enthusiastic. Her excitement was infectious, and at the same time calming. She was confident in her skills, which made me comfortable with the procedure. She explained everything thoroughly and prepared me for what to expect. Her gentle hands made the piercing completely painless. Additionally, the staff at Rowan was kind and welcoming. I will definitely be back soon for more piercings!!
