  Loved my experience! They were so helpful picking out the perfect stack pairing, super clean and gentle throughout the whole process. I went in to re pierce my first holes after an earlobe reduction and they added jewelry back to previous holes I already had pierced. Super happy with the results.

  Went in as a walk-in for some additional lobe piercings and couldn’t be more happy with my experience today at Rowan! My piercing nurse was Gen, who was very knowledgable, skilled, and enthusiastic. Her excitement was infectious, and at the same time calming. She was confident in her skills, which made me comfortable with the procedure. She explained everything thoroughly and prepared me for what to expect. Her gentle hands made the piercing completely painless. Additionally, the staff at Rowan was kind and welcoming. I will definitely be back soon for more piercings!!

  The store felt very cozy and comfortable. The walk in process was very easy and decently quick. The ladies were all very nice and helpful. Zayna was the one that did the piercing for us and was such a help. I would recommend this place if you are looking to do another piercing or maybe your first!

  Karen (the manager, I think) was so super helpful and patient with me as we picked the right jewelry and pick the perfect spot for my piercing. Cora, my nurse, was equally wonderful and made me feel comfortable and heard before the session. This is my second piercing with Rowan and it won’t be the last! Thanks!

  Made an appointment to pierce my baby’s ears. They welcome walk-ins, but recommend scheduling an appointment. I called to change the appointment time because I did not want to risk being late since they will cancel your appointment if you are running behind. They changed my appointment and assured me it was fine because they had no others appointments scheduled around our time. We walked in for our appointment, there were many people inside. The lady that greeted us assured it would be only a ten minute wait. Meanwhile, I began choosing an appropriate earring for a four-month old from the selection available. When I chose the earring, I noticed the backing of the earring was extremely sharp and therefore not suitable for a baby. Most of the earring selections unfortunately have the sharp rod sticking out. I had to choose a different pair that had an appropriate backing. Upon selecting the new pair, I was then told it was out of stock. Again, I had to go choose a different earring. It was either spending $200 on a tiny diamond stud, where the gold wasn’t even 18k, or again, earrings that the designs aren’t appropriate for the ears of a baby. I was ready to leave by then, but stuck it out. By this time we had already been waiting twenty minutes. The lady assured us it would be just another five minutes. We kept waiting assuming it would be our turn as the two piercing nurses finished piercing the guests and cleaned up. Of course it wasn’t our turn, they sat two other people ahead of us. After waiting half an hour, we finally left without getting baby’s ears pierced. They do not honor scheduled appointments and will service walk-ins ahead of someone with a scheduled appointment. They also clearly do not take into consideration guests with an appointment for a baby versus an adult. They should not advertise themselves as a studio appropriate for babies. Zero professionalism. Now searching for a more appropriate and professional studio to pierce our baby’s ears.
