  I recently had an incredible experience at this spa. The ambiance was created perfectly; dim lighting, soothing relaxing music and just right volume. The therapist used excellent pressure varying from light, medium or deep where necessary with the added benefits of hot stones. A definitely repeat.

  I’ve never felt the need to write a bad review in my life, but after working in customer service for over 20 years and knowing how to handle situations this definitely needs to be said. If I could give 0 stars I would. My partner surprised me with a couples massage for Valentine’s Day and he booked the appointment over the phone. We showed up and the second he said he had a Groupon the tone changed of the woman at the front running the business. It’s one thing to say sorry we don’t accept Groupons on holidays. (Which the Groupon doesn’t even say) there were no restrictions or limitations in the fine print we looked. She immediately got argumentative and told my partner she told him on the phone no Groupons. He never even mentioned Groupon so that conversation never happened. She very rudely kept saying no Groupon today no one will take a Groupon today. On the reservation Groupon says to book appointment on the phone and just to tell them when you arrive at the appointment that you have a Groupon. (Which we did) It’s okay that you don’t have your rules properly stated on Groupon if you are participating in Groupon and you face a situation you don’t want to as a result of that when you are a business owner. But in customer service you handle things in a calm nice manner. You don’t lie, you don’t accuse or be rude to the customer who wasn’t even giving attitude or raising their voice at all. Getting defensive when you are wrong is so immature and poor taste. As a business owner, I would have changed the policies on Groupon after honoring the couples massage on a romantic holiday since they had those two slots booked and now you lost them and that money as a result of poor directions and communication as a business owner through Groupon. Again never have I written a bad review in my life. I’m sure the massage is great but I’ll never give my money to anyone who acts like that to paying customers when they are in the wrong.

  My friend and I went to this lovely place and left feeling great! We both work stressful jobs so this was a much needed break, everyone was nice and friendly.
