I promise I’ve been in once a week for the last 2 months! They always have the best suggestions, they’re all so knowledgeable about the products and what pairs well with what scent. They’re always so welcoming and accommodating. They even helped me set up the LUSH App to collect points, which is getting me points towards free products! Thank you Mia, Nathalia, Kevin, and the whole staff at LUSH Dadeland for making me feel so welcomed and taken care.

I was looking for a specific masque that I used to buy and it was nowhere to be found. maybe it’s no longer being sold but I spent a good minute browsing through all my options and wasn’t having any luck. There were three staff members at the cashier just talking and laughing among themselves. I’m the only one in the store and none of them bothered to ask me if I needed any assistance. I walked around the store and still couldn’t find what I was looking for. I was hoping one of the staff members would approach me and offer me some options but I felt discouraged and left.

Huge selection of bath bombs, soaps, skincare, and haircare, all fresh and ethically made. Big shoutout to Celine, Anguie, and Emily ⭐️ They were super sweet, knowledgeable, did fun demos, and let us try samples. Their energy made the whole visit feel personal and fun. We left smiling and can’t wait to come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s so difficult to find this kind of care at other stores. Nathalia is the most sweetest! When ever I come in she goes into depth about the products. She has helped me tremendously, Julie is the most attentive. When I come in she knows exactly what I need. I suggest coming in when ever these two are here! Will definitely be coming back! I love these products and everyone who works in here. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🇺🇸
