  Lauren is truly exceptional. She completely transformed my hair and took the time to teach me exactly how to style it at home, which meant so much to me. Her product recommendations have been incredible and have made such a noticeable improvement in my hair. She genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond in every way. Lauren is not only incredibly talented but also an amazing person. I also love the salon- everyone is so kind, welcoming, and professional. I highly recommend!

  I came in on a busy Saturday as a walk-in, even though the manager was surely busy in her office she still took the time to fit me in & give me a haircut as no other stylist was available, gave my head a little wash asked if the water temperature was okay, and apologized in advance if she snagged on my hair because he nails had bows in them she never snagged my hair but she repeatedly apologized in case she did. I didn’t get her name but she said she was the manager of the salon she was very lovely & I would definitely come back to her.

  The worst salon I’ve ever been to. I was told over the phone that the blow dry was $40, but when it was time to pay they charged me an additional $15 for the length of my hair, something they never mentioned beforehand. My hair is not long, and I’ve never been charged extra for that anywhere else. The haircut was terrible: I only asked for the front ends to be trimmed and it turned out uneven, poorly done, with split ends. Even so, they charged me an additional $22. I do not recommend this place.

  Do not waste your money here! This place has had many of their more experienced stylists leave and yesterday I went to get a simple silk press and trim and my stylist basically played in my hair. It wasn’t anything I couldn’t have done by myself. I have curly hair and I require a higher setting for straightening and did not get that. It seemed like my stylist did not have experience with thick curly hair. Very disappointed as I have been going here for a few years but I will no longer be going.

  I had an amazing stylist named Marta (Martha?) who did a keratin complex treatment on me. She was so incredibly kind and took her time with me, made sure I felt great about my hair, and made my experience there wonderful. I gave 5 stars but I would give 10 for her if Google would let me!
