My hair was cut unevenly and looks nothing like what I asked for. I tried calling multiple times to speak with a manager, but no one answers. Management only responds to good reviews and ignores bad ones, which shows how little they care about customer concerns. This place lacks professionalism and accountability and is nowhere near as professional as they claim to be.
