- JZJuliana Zuniga2 days ago1.0This place is absolutely ridiculous. I went in for a simple haircut and clearly showed the stylist a video of exactly what I wanted, long layers. Instead, she completely chopped my hair. I have never seen layers like this in my life. The layers are way too short, uneven, and nothing like what I asked for, even after clearly showing her the video. On top of that, they refused to give me a refund after ruining my hair. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be escalating this to corporate. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and your hair.
