I booked an appointment for a specific time and arrived exactly on time, but they had no space available and told me I had to wait. This completely defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment. The customer service was also very poor. They were not friendly, and their attitude toward children was unacceptable. They spoke to the kids in a rude and impatient way, which made the whole experience even worse.
