- GGGabriellaSep 29, 20251.0I dont recommend going here, I came to get my hair dyed red the other week , I showed her the inspo picture of the color I wanted and my hair came out looking copper/orangey, it didn’t come out red I had to buy a box dye the next day to fix it myself. And she left all my roots brown because she didn’t take her time to lighten them, it came out way too pricey for something that I didn’t ask for.

Idalmys is rude and treats my mom and I like it’s a burden when we go just for hair washes or hair treatments. Nury is very kind and friendly. If you value customer service/experience book with Nury, or any other stylist that is not Idalmys. Anytime I’ve gone to the salon and Idalmys is there I just get the impression she doesn’t want to service my mom or I- just by the way she talks to us, her facial expressions, and how she tells other stylists to take care of us if we show up as a walk in (despite her being at the register on her phone- with no clients). I just honestly don’t feel welcome at this location when she’s there. Most recently, Idalmys charged a hair treatment and hair wash separate (as two charges) which doesn’t make sense, because the hair treatment (at least at other hair cutteries) includes the hair wash (to wash off the treatment product).
