Long story short, I made an appointment with a stylist over a week in advance, and I waited over an hour to be seen, despite arriving a bit early. She had just gotten started on prepping someone’s hair for coloring. Double booking leads to losing clients. This was my second time, and even though my first experience was good, this was so disappointing that I will never go back. Apparently, despite waiting for so long, she was never told by the front desk that I was waiting for her. She claimed she had no idea that she had an appointment with me. Is it common for stylists not to know their own schedule?
On top of this I was charged significantly more at check out than what was listed on the website. It’s definitely pricey for simple services like a blowout. The management isn’t good, and you can tell they don’t care to help you. I felt like I was bothering them when I asked how much longer for the wait. If you value your time, I would recommend a different place.
