  Susy es una verdadera artista con el corazón más lindo. Desde el primer momento me hizo sentir cómoda, escuchada y cuidada. Puso tanto amor y dedicación en mi cabello que el resultado fue simplemente hermoso. No solo salí feliz con mi cabello, sino también con el corazón lleno.   I came in today for an appointment with Maria requesting a simple V-cut. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the result. The haircut was not done as requested, and the shape was uneven and poorly executed. I even returned to ask if the two front pieces could be shortened and aligned with the back, hoping it could be corrected. What stood out most, however, was Maria’s response to the feedback. Rather than listening or addressing my concerns professionally, she reacted defensively and dismissively, treating me as though I didn’t understand what I was asking for. Her attitude made it very clear that she did not care about customer satisfaction or providing respectful service. Mistakes can happen, but how a stylist handles criticism and treats clients matters just as much as the haircut itself. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service made this a very negative experience. I would not return or recommend booking with Maria. Hoy tuve una cita con María y pedí un corte sencillo en forma de V. Lamentablemente, quedé muy decepcionada con el resultado. El corte no se realizó como lo solicité y quedó disparejo y mal ejecutado. Incluso regresé para pedir que los dos mechones delanteros se acortaran y se alinearan con la parte de atrás, con la esperanza de que pudiera corregirse. Lo más preocupante fue la manera en que María reaccionó ante la crítica. En lugar de escuchar y atender mis comentarios de forma profesional, respondió de manera defensiva y despectiva, tratándome como si no supiera lo que estaba pidiendo. Su actitud dejó claro que no le importó la satisfacción del cliente ni brindar un trato respetuoso. Los errores pueden suceder, pero la forma en que un estilista maneja las críticas y trata a sus clientes es igual de importante que el resultado final. Lamentablemente, la falta de profesionalismo y el mal servicio al cliente hicieron de esta una experiencia muy negativa. No regresaría ni recomendaría una cita con María.

  I’ve been cutting my hair with Susana for the last 20 years because there is literally no better hair dresser than her! She always knows exactly how to cut my hair with little to no instruction and blow dries my hair to perfection ❤️ All the women in my family get cut and styled by Susana. I even have family that comes in from Texas just to see her. I 1000000% recommend Susana as your next hair stylist!
