  I came here as a long term Allure fragrance user and asked about new Allure Blanche de Partfum to take with me on a flight I asked what sizes bigger than 50ml this fragrance has. The female named Margielle said that 165 ml is the next bottle size she has. So I went for 50ml thinking why there is such a big gap from 50ml to 165ml. After I made the pur hase I checked Macy's and other Chanel cites and it appears that 50 and 100 ml or 3.4oz are the standard sizes for Allure Blanche. So, I called Chanel boutique at Brickell and found out from Sarah manager that they have 100ml for $165, which is the number of ML I remember from the female with Margiela name tagged female. So, as goofy as she was, Margiela at Chanel boutique of Brickel City stated price instead of milliliters volume I asked her about. I also mentioned TSA requirements that I am trying to meet which went through her head undetected. I also asked for discount on 2 by 50ml bottles to clearly meet TSA. But she silently sold me 50ml bottle having no clue what I am talking to her about (as I only figured out later through pain of time lost). Completely unqualified to understand plain Anglo-Saxonian English that I am clearly speaking. I had to come back next day at my expense and exchange the 50ml bottle on 100ml which already was in possession of the boutique, had someone there understood English well and sold it the right bottle size at the first inquiry. Very surprised to see this level of goofiness at this level of world class boutique.

  Highly recommend this location! The attention and service I received were exceptional, specially for my beauty advisor "Wanda". She's always happy to assist me in finding the perfect products for my needs. It's rare to find such dedicated customer service these days. I highly commend this store for their outstanding attention and would give them six stars if I could!

  😡 Today I went to the Chanel store to buy perfume and eye shadow. The saleswoman stood nearby all the time and I showed her with my finger what perfumes and shadows I wanted. When I left the store, I discovered that they gave me the wrong color of shadows and the wrong perfume that I had chosen!! Now I am very upset that the sellers in this store are not very attentive to customers!🥺

  Absolutely charming Chanel Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in the heart of the Brickell City Center. I was inspired to stop in to experience the N•5 Fragrance after taking in the magical Five Senses installation during Miami Art Week. Coco Chanel’s iconic fragrance is embodied within this deeply sensual perfume capturing the essence of the Camilla flower blossoms. I was very charmed by the expertise of beauty advisor Rebecca who showed me many wonderful holiday gift collections, including the limited edition 100 year fragrance. My favorite is the travel set kit with the beautiful refill bottle. Adorable!! Be sure to check out their amazing eyewear collection in store.
