  Client of Kimberly Gomer, Nutritionist @ Body Beautiful I began working with Kim 4 months ago. I was skeptical to believe that I could see instant or quick results. I thought I had tried and read about every option. I promised myself that if my mind wasn’t blown, I would not continue my consulting sessions. After our consult, my mind was blown!!! Every single week and weigh in, I saw results and the number on the scale kept dropping. Not only did I see the numbers decrease, I had more energy, less bloating and could see myself slimming down and tightening. I have always been petite but even just 10-15 lbs extra on a 5’1 body felt and looked uncomfortable. I always fluctuated in weight give or take 10+ pounds but could never regulate my weight loss. I tried every diet and meal plan option: low carb, no carb, vegan, vegetarian, mediterranean, weight watchers, Noom, intermittent fasting, smoothies, soup, juicing, detoxes, you name it! But it was never sustainable. Maybe I was successful for 1 day or even up to 3 days straight but I was never satisfied and it would always result in some weight loss followed by overeating carbs or something that felt satisfying in the moment. After just 1 month of with Kim, I saw huge results. I call it the miracle meal plan because I eat 3 full meals a day and feel completely satisfied and full and rarely wanting something more. But how was I still losing weight ????! Until I started this meal plan, I never could figure out the right combination of foods or amount I needed for my body to lose weight and maintain it! I will forever continue this meal plan because I finally found something that works for me! Not only was the meal plan top notch but so was the encouragement from Kim. She was very available and attentive to questions and responded to confirm I was making the right food choices for every meal!

  I got amazing results on my first visit with red light therapy! They explained everything very well, made me feel comfortable and guided me through the entire process. Friendly and professional staff and amazing location! Highly recommend if you’re looking to feel better about your body!
