  La primera vez que entré una chica se acercó con un canasto y me dió a elegir entre varias cajitas que tenía un “regalo”. Sin trampas sin tener que comprar nada extra (por supuesto que compré porque conquistaron mi corazón y porque necesitaba los productos). Atención excelente.

  Dear Sephora Customer Service Team, I am writing as a very disappointed and increasingly frustrated long-time customer to complain about the ridiculous early closing hours at your store This is the only Sephora on the entire island, and it sits right in the middle of one of the busiest shopping districts around. The area is packed with people from morning until late evening — families, tourists, locals getting off work, everyone rushing to get their beauty products after a long day. Yet your store consistently closes at [e.g., 8:00 PM or whatever the actual time is], which is absurdly early for the foot traffic this location gets. I (and many others) have shown up multiple times only to find the doors already locked or staff rushing people out well before closing time. It’s incredibly inconvenient and disrespectful to your customers who rely on this store. We don’t all shop at 2 PM on a Tuesday — people have jobs, lives, and schedules that mean we need access in the evening. Because of these short hours, I’m now forced to drive farther to other locations, order online (which isn’t the same experience), or worse — take my business to Ulta, department stores, or other retailers that actually stay open late enough for real shoppers. This is exactly why Sephora is losing loyal customers like me. When the only convenient option on the island shuts down before most people can even get there, we start shopping elsewhere. You need to extend the hours at this location immediately — at minimum until 9 or 10 PM on weekdays and later on weekends — to match the energy and demand of the busy district it’s in. This isn’t a quiet suburban mall; it’s a high-traffic shopping hub, and your current schedule doesn’t reflect that reality. I expect a response explaining why this location is being shortchanged on hours and what steps you’re taking to fix it. Otherwise, I’ll be taking my (very frequent) Sephora purchases somewhere that actually values customer convenience. Sincerely,
