  Did a beauty service for 1hr yesterday at 11am, Cristina was my MUA. She did a fantastic job. I usually am very nervous getting my makeup done as I don’t do it often and hate feeling like a stranger to my own face but Cristina listened to me and I came out feeling like myself but enhanced. Makeup was beautiful and flattering.will def look to her for future appointment.

  I’ll start off by saying, this review is mainly based on my -1-star experience at the Dolce and Gabbana pop-up event, during Art Basel. Only giving 3-stars because the Sephora associates inside of the store were incredibly kind, courteous, helpful, and very professional and personable. I wish I could remember the young lady’s name and the gentleman who guided me to this outside pop up event. Would give them TEN stars. Also the sweet greeter at the front door. Before Basel, I researched events going on for the week. On tik tok there were many videos talking about this pop up D&G Light Blue event. I saved the videos, flew to Miami— had a wonderful trip overall. On Sunday, afternoon I walked 30 mins to Lincoln from Collins. Was guided by the amazing associates from the Sephora store to the popup. I was handed a cute fan with the wonderful Light Blue scent lightly sprayed on to it (one of my favorite fragrances). Stood in line for a bit waiting to purchase a bottle and noticed a crowd of people walking up the stairs of the display, grabbing waters and ice creams out of a cooler. I went up and took a few pics and grabbed an ice cream as well (it seemed to be free since so many others ahead of me grabbed some and walked away). So I made some cute videos and took pics for aesthetics. Went down in front of the DJ booth to sit in one of the cute little lounge chairs by some floatable displays. As I made a couple of more videos while sitting, a lady walked over to tell me I couldn’t sit there. Completely understandable, as they were simply displays and not meant to be sat on by patrons. So I apologized. Was still holding my unopened ice cream but something told me “hmm, maybe I should ask this lady if these are in fact free.” So I kindly asked “by the way, are these free?” She looked at me so angrily and said “…with a purchase. How did you get this??” I said “I walked up with everyone else and grabbed one….its not roped off.” She cut me off and said “so you just walked up there and grabbed one? Wowwww. WOW!” then looked at me in pure disgust. I went to put the ice cream back in the cooler and she just kept staring at me like I committed a crime and hurt her personally. She was literally staring a hole through me as I put the ice cream back. Her tone and demeanor was incredibly aggressive, unkind and unprofessional. I felt awful. So I went back to stand in line and got no assistance, yet again. So I walked away. She was painting names on to bottles for customers. Long black hair. Thick accent. Not sure of her name but that lady should not work for such a prestigious brand. Her behavior was deplorable. Her tone and the way she handled the situation was truly less than kind. I informed friends who were on their way to the event of this and they made sure not to go by the event, as planned. It was just really disheartening to be treated that way. Like a criminal. I’ve never been treated so rudely in Miami.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Sephora. I purchased five items, but when I got to my car and checked the bag, only four were inside. One item was left out completely. Having to turn around and go back was frustrating enough, but what bothered me most was the attitude—no apology, just a dismissive “it’s a mistake.” To me, it didn’t feel like a simple mistake. When you spend good money, the least you expect is accuracy and a little accountability. This experience made me feel like I was being taken advantage of, and it definitely ruined my trust in this store. I’ll be checking my bags carefully from now on.
