- LALivia AlexandraNov 14, 20251.0The worst Sephora I’ve been to. I live down the street, but I still have to drive to Brickell or Aventura just to get decent service. The staff at this location is extremely rude and unhelpful. Most of the women standing at the front just ignore customers, speak only among themselves in Spanish, and make it very clear they don’t want to assist anyone. Because of that, I often end up picking the wrong products and then having to come back to return them — which is honestly a loss for the store, considering Sephora’s very flexible return policy. The only positive experience I’ve had in this store is with a male staff member, I think his name is Dominic. He’s polite, knowledgeable, and actually helps customers choose the right products. If every employee there worked the way he does, this location would be completely different.

O colega dela (um moreno alto) se intrometeu e disse para eu voltar depois de uns dias. Assim eu fiz. Fui falar com esse mesmo funcionário e ele só negava, dizia que não havia erro nenhum, mesmo eu mostrando que na minha conta bancária a cobrança duplicada. Ele chamou uma outra funcionária que com a insistência do meu marido entrou no sistema e confirmou o erro da loja. Sim, eles tinham me cobrado duas vezes e só após muita discussão eles assumiram o erro. Meu marido foi gentilmente agradecer o funcionário pela ajuda e tocou levemente o ombro do rapaz, ele sendo muito rude simplesmente disse: não me toque. Essa loja é uma vergonha. Não recomendo e não volto nunca mais.
