There was little difference after completing all 6 treatments so I was referred to Neo Laser Spa. I am completely satisfied with the progress we’ve made so far. The tattoo is nearly gone after 4 sessions and the price was better. Perhaps the best part of my experience is the service provided by Regina. She is so friendly and transparent with the whole process. She follows up with me after each session to make sure everything is healing well. Her excellent customer service has me considering what treatment I’ll do next! I actually look forward to my office visits despite how painful they are!

She’s very knowledgable, respectful, kind and caring about her work. The laser hair removal does not hurt at all, it has a chiller and temporarily numbs your skin. She is super flexible with her time. She can also make those old lady blood vessels go away too. She has a secret to make that not hurt either. She's so kind too!
