  I can’t recommend my hairstylist Victoria enough! She always gets my color exactly where I want it—every single time. On top of that, her customer service is amazing. She makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable, even down to helping with washing and making sure everything is perfect. As a mom, it means so much that she’s so understanding and patient when I have to bring my kids with me. She goes above and beyond to make sure we’re all taken care of, and that kind of kindness is rare to find. If you’re looking for someone talented, professional, and genuinely caring, she’s the one!

  Ari was my hairstylist and I came to her with my concerns of my hair and my wants for changes. She did an excellent job fully delivered for the full hair therapy experience.

  I finished chemo and waited 15 months to get my hair done. I brought pictures and took my time explaining what I wanted. My stylist was nice but got toner in my eye. The process was 5 1/2 hours and and I let her know I wanted to see more highlights around the face. It was possible the toner took away from the height lights wanted. I was told it would be $70 and I was extremely disappointed and confused as to why I was paying her $200 to not get what I wanted. Then I let her know I hate crunchy hair and she puts gel under a dryer making my hair disgusting crunchy and I left looking like I stuck my hand in a light socket. I won’t be going back and frankly should be refunded if they will not add the high lights I paid for in the first place.
