  I walked into Sorelli with no appointment and no knowledge; just several mentions from a Reddit post I saw. The Reddit post asked for a good place for a curly hair cut. I explained to the desk hosts that the day before, I had a hair appointment at another salon and it didn't end well. They immediately asked me questions about what I needed and put me in the incredibly capable hands of Julie. A short time later, I left the salon with a huge smile on my face. A proper cut with products for my curly hair. The staff were kind and answered all of my questions and took time to make sure I got the care I needed. It's not always easy to get a good curly hair cut. Sorelli did not disappoint and I've already scheduled my next appointment as well as additional services.

  I’ve been to this salon four times now, and I can confidently say this is more than just a salon, it’s a place where you’re truly cared for. After my third visit, I wasn’t fully in love with my hair color. I struggled with whether to say something, but when I finally did, everything changed. I left a voicemail late at night, and by the next morning, the owner, Rose, personally called me and asked me to come in right away. When I got there, the first thing she said was, “Thank you for giving me the chance to make it right.” That moment alone meant everything to me. She took her time, listened to me, and created a plan to fix my hair with so much intention and care. I never once felt rushed or dismissed, only supported and valued. You can truly feel the love in this salon. It’s rare to find a business that not only takes accountability but goes above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling confident and happy. I walked out feeling like myself again, confident, grateful, and honestly a little emotional. Rose and her team are something special. I will 100% be back and recommend them to anyone looking for not just great hair, but a genuinely caring experience.

  I had Anastasia today and my experience was close to the feeling of when I go to disney, magical! She was kind, funny, and easy to chat with. Since I left I’ve felt amazing about my hair and she did more than I wanted and i’d go back because that whole experience was so amazing.

  I visited this salon in December of 2024 for a Ouidad haircut with Julie. I was very specific that I did not want to lose my length and absolutely did not want layers. You can't cut layers in curly hair without turning the cut into a mullet or worse! Julie proceeded to take off my length and cut layers into my curls!! It has been almost a year and a half and I am still suffering this huge mistake Julie made with my hair. I went back to Sorelli in April of 2025 and shared with Rose my issue and she just blew me off and said she wouldn't cut my hair. I have since started seeing a new stylist and we are working to try and fix what Julie messed up. I do NOT recommend this salon as they obviously do not listen to their clients and we have to live with their mistakes🤬🤬🤬
