I couldn’t have made a better choice! From the moment I walked in and until I left, I felt welcome. Everyone was friendly and, most importantly, sincere. When I met with April, she took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for and what might suit me best. I loved April’s energy and appreciated her experience. She took the time to see what my hair would naturally do and worked with it. I absolutely love my cut! I highly recommend the salon and especially April. I already booked my next appointment.

I asked to see a master stylist, but one wouldn’t be available until later in the day, so I went with Jozie, who is one step below master. I was taken in promptly. I was not offered anything to drink. She did not put a towel around my neck when washing my hair, so the water soaked the upper portion of my sweater. The haircut was fine. I was surprised to see an additional $15 charge for length and density. Again, I wanted to see a master, so price is not an issue. However, not disclosing this additional fee prior to the service is predatory. My hair is not dense and it sits above my bra line. I’d hardly consider it long. First and last time going to this establishment. Luxury prices at subpar service.
