I stopped in the other evening to look for new products and felt a bit overwhelmed, but Ava completely changed that. She was warm, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable, and she took the time to help me find products that truly suited me. She even made a couple of makeup samples for me to try, which I’m currently loving. I’ll definitely be back to purchase the makeup and other items she recommended, and I’ll be looking for Ava when I return so I can thank her! Excellent service!!

I did ask an employee if they may have had a particular scent, which led to her asking me my phone number and having me answer questions for an in-app quiz, just to bring me over to the fragrances and recommend that I test them out - all things I could have done on my own. I also wanted to purchase a fragrance and was told by an employee that she would grab it for me, only to come up to me while I was already waiting in line to inform me that they were out of stock. Additionally, I was informed that they were all out birthday gifts. Save your time and shop at Ulta.
