  I visited Prime IV Hydration & Wellness on 3/18/26, and the level of service and hospitality I received truly exceeded my expectations. It honestly felt like a light at the end of the tunnel for me. After dealing with a severe gut flare-up (gastritis/colitis) and days of feeling weak and depleted, Nurse Laura took the time to walk me through everything—explaining how we could support my recovery, rebuild my strength, and help my gut heal. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring. I also want to recognize Tom, the owner, who personally greeted me at check-in. His kindness and genuine care created such a welcoming atmosphere—it was truly a breath of fresh air. The entire experience was above and beyond. Just one day later, I already feel like I’m back on my feet after 8–9 days of struggling. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to support their wellness. This therapy made a real difference for me. Thank you so much—I’m truly grateful

  First time costumer get a great deal. The place feels cozy, comfortable and relaxing The medical staff was not only warm and welcoming but extremely knowledgeable about what I may need. Amazing full body massage chair elevated the experience even more. I snoozed away for about an hour. They offer a very attractive membership wich can be shared with another family member I highly recommend this place.

  Today I had the pleasure of visiting Prime IV Hydration & Wellness in Baytree. I have heard wonderful things from friends and fellow gym goers about IV therapy and the benefits so I finally decided to check it out for myself. I am sooo glad I did and now I know what the hype is about! I absolutely loved the experience! The staff is amazing and of course super knowledgeable. (My nurse had 25+ years experience.) The atmosphere at this location is so calm and relaxing. The zero gravity massage pods are to die for and it truly is "a one hour vacation". I opted for the Myers' Cocktail with The Restoration amplifier after consulting with the nurse. (Note: IVs are only administered by a registered nurse/nurse practitioner. ) I honestly feel fantastic after my treatment. In fact, I was so impressed with the whole experience and my overall great feeling after my therapy, that I just had to become a member so I can continue my wellness journey here with this amazing group of people. I cannot wait until my next visit! If you've been considering IV therapy, this is place to go. You will LOVE it! I can't say enough great things about this location and staff. Top notch!

  This place is AMAZING! I was sick last week and my dr office didn't offer IV treatment so they sent me here. The nurses and the whole team were incredibly compassionate and helpful. I'd never had IV before but they did a great job helping me feel calm about the process. I also did the welcome offer so got the chance to try those massage chairs and, wow, those things are seriously next level. The pricing was great plus the service was covered by my HSA card. I was still not feeling well a few days later and they called me just to check in on how I was doing. It really made my day, and showed me how much they care, and so I went back this week. It has been an amazing experience I never expected to have, but am so grateful that I did. Thank you to all who are part of the amazing team at Prime IV! You guys rock!

  Amazing experience! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire visit comfortable from start to finish. The environment is clean, relaxing, and very welcoming. The owners are awesome and clearly care about their clients and the quality of the service they provide. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and full of energy. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality IV hydration and outstanding service!
