I arrived early for my appointment and was told it wasn’t in the system… even though I received a text confirmation. The person at the front at the time (Michael I believe?) was nice enough to accept me as a walk in and told me one of the stylists would be with me in 10-15 minutes. I ended up waiting over 35 minutes and noticed the stylist had taken someone else as I had stepped out for a second. What also bothered me was the stylist didn’t even acknowledge me… This hair Cuttery location isn’t huge so she could have come and communicated that she was running behind, etc. I had communicated to Michael that I was on a time crunch and had just flown into town. After waiting some more, I ended up leaving and got a blowout at a different salon that were happy to take me.
