I was served by an overweight woman with glasses, dark hair, and tattoos, who behaved in a very unprofessional and aggressive manner. During the service, she threw a cleaning cloth on the floor, appeared very irritated, and cut my hair in a very nervous and careless way. It was uneven, and I was very close to being injured. In the middle of the service, she stopped without any respect and told me that another stylist would finish my haircut. After that, she spent most of her time on her phone and did nothing productive. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a customer service environment. I do not recommend this place. This matter will be reported directly to Great Clips.

I always use styling wax in my hair because that’s how I wear it, and it helps the stylist see how I normally style it so the cut matches. This time, though, the stylist immediately told me her clippers couldn’t cut through the wax and insisted on shampooing my hair, which has never happened before. When I explained my haircut—using a one to one‑and‑a‑half guard on the sides and cleaning up the top—it seemed like she didn’t really understand what I meant.
