I am paying you to get my son hair cut and was by far the most disrespectful/rude person I have ever encountered when paying for services. She made us feel unwelcome and you could tell she truly didn’t want to be there. Well maybe be this isn’t the place you should be working when serving people. She was so rude to my son and completely botched his hair. I will NEVER go back. Sarah who cut my other sons hair was so sweet to him and I think could feel the energy from the other lady that cut my others sons hair.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
