  I can’t recommend Sandy at Essentials enough! I came in with very brassy highlights from another salon, and she completely saved the day. Not only did she fix the color and remove all the brass, but she also gave me a beautiful cut and style that I absolutely love. What stood out most was how genuinely she listened to my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. On top of that, she even followed up afterward to make sure I was happy with the results—something you don’t see often. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and delivers amazing results, Sandy is the one to see!

  Massage with Alcania was amazing. She’s intuitive, patient, kind, and thoughtful. Very relaxing experience! I was very disappointed in my hot mud massage with Courtney. She’s sweet, however I feel like I wasted $130. We started late, she seemed rushed and stressed which took away from the ambience and my relaxation. Following the mud application, I was expecting a relaxing scalp massage. She massaged my scalp for about 1 minute and then left the room for 15 minutes while I laid there. What am I paying $130 for? It was more stressful than relaxing to be honest. She slapped the mud on me quickly, accidentally bumping my nose and hand 2 times. It felt like I was an inconvenience to her. I have a baby at home, and this was my big birthday present. I was really looking forward to this experience because I do not get a lot of time to myself as a new mom, however I left feeling disappointed. I understand people have bad days, however I could feel her frazzled energy throughout the entire experience.

  This is an absolutely first class facility. I took advantage of their sauna and steam rooms prior to my massage. My therapist, Corrine, was excellent. Thanks and I look forward to another visit in the future.

  ⸻ My husband and I had such an amazing experience here. The facility itself is beautiful, relaxing, and offers so many great amenities and essential services that truly make the whole visit feel like a full experience rather than just a quick appointment. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and creating a welcoming environment. Our masseuses, Chris and Steven, were absolutely phenomenal. Chris gave me the Pre-Baby Bliss massage and it was both incredibly relaxing and educational. Being pregnant, I really appreciated how knowledgeable he was. He worked through all the tight knots and kinks in my lower back and shoulders and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. You can truly tell he knows exactly what he’s doing. I left feeling so much relief and relaxation. I’ll definitely be coming back—even after having my baby! Steven worked on my husband’s back and he said it was hands down one of the best massage sessions he has ever had. Steven really took the time to listen to what his needs were and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. My husband left feeling completely refreshed. This is definitely a half-day experience and absolutely worth it. If you’re looking to relax, recharge, and be taken care of by talented professionals, you won’t regret coming here.
