  Worst manicure and pedicure ever in my life! I don’t know about haircuts but don’t you ever get something for your nails!!! Unskilled employees!

  I went while on vacation in March this year. Wait, it wasn't bad 15 minutes, and I was in the chair. The older man was wearing a mask, but kept on coughing, sneezing and watery eyes and turning red in the face. He often got up, leaving the room to cough and blow his nose. He did wash his each time before returning. But they forgot about my pedicure. Younger gentlemen did my pedicure, and it was fine until polish time. As he began polishing, the color was light and streaking. I told him and he said ok. But he just clumped polished on top, looking really bad. My ride pulled up while drying, I said thank you, and I'm still not dry. They began gathering my shoes and purse walking towards the door. The older guy walked out from another coughing and nose blowing spell. He wiped his nose with his hand and wiped it on his shirt and jeans. I then said, " I'm sorry, sir, but please don't touch my card." You haven't cleaned your hands from a second ago. I do not want to catch whatever you have. He stormed off speaking in his native language. The younger gentleman took my card, saying it was only allergies. I said sir " to you, it's allergies." He is wiping his nose and mouth, rubbing it on his shirt and pants. Got my card and left. Will never return.

  The service was absolutely incredible. They were so friendly. Especially the lady at the front counter. The lady that did my nails barely spoke, which isn't a huge thing for me cuz I'm quiet myself. However, my nails turned out absolutely horrible. I asked her for square round, but more on the round side and she rounded off the tops so instead of the end of the nail coming to a stop, she rounded them off so they looked like the end of a q tip. They didn't have the colors in the acrylic I asked for so the lady took it upon herself to pick out dips of the same color whcih again wasnt a deal breaker for me. but the colors ended up being nowhere near the same shade I had asked for. I've never used dips before so I assumed the colors would turn out the way I asked since I showed her exactly what colors I wanted. They were Christmas colors. The red was a really bright red and the green was so dark....the colors didn't go together at all. She cut me multiple times and to top it off, I had to ask twice for her to clean the underside of my nails because there was so much dried dip under the nails. I finally quit asking cuz she wasnt cleaning it all the way and I didn't want to get her upset. I really wanted to like this place since they were so friendly, but I won't be going back.

  Listen!!! This is the plug! Best nail salon around, believe me... Great customer service and they do really good work. Best shaped nails, great application technique, great quality products... You name it!
