The first time, I had a masseuse who had absolutely no technique, honestly, I think I enjoy applying lotion on myself more than that experience. I ended up with a stiff neck for four days, and you leave with so much oil on your body that your clothes and car get greasy and stained! They don’t even wipe you down after the massage, so make sure you go straight home afterwards. There’s nothing to drink except water, no relaxation room, or sauna, yet they charge the same prices as places that offer all of that. Unless you pay extra for an add-on, the massage is extremely basic. Only half your leg gets massaged, I guess going a bit higher is considered inappropriate? No hand, foot, or head massage unless you pay for extras… it’s very, very minimal. The second time, I specifically requested a different masseuse (I wanted to give the place a second chance), but ended up with the exact same one. Seriously? That made it really awkward and uncomfortable to say “I want someone else” once she showed up. Please don’t put your customers in that kind of position, listen to requests more carefully… I couldn’t lie on my stomach due to a recent surgery, so this time she massaged my head but honestly, my 8-year-old son could do a better job. She literally poured oil over my scalp, it took four shampoos to wash it out! She also did hands and feet this time, but again, it felt more like she was just rubbing lotion in rather than actually massaging. Overall, I’m really disappointed. There are so many better options for the same price, with way more included nuts, tea, robes, showers, saunas, and above all, actual massage technique! They don’t even offer facials, it’s the bare minimum in every way except price.
