  Such a great experience! I’ve always thought about trying it but never actually followed through. I ended up winning free sessions at an event, decided to go for it, and I’m so glad I did. Love that it’s a chain and you can transfer between locations if needed!

  Drove over an hour to this location and was not disappointed. The front desk lady was really nice. My appointment was with Gabby and she was great. Way more thorough than I’m used to and she walked me through everything she was doing. Obviously she is very experienced and I would drive to this location again for Gabby!

  My very first time but so worth it! Everyone was so kind and professional. Explained everything prior during and after. Great experience for sure. Can’t wait for my next appt.

  I recently had my first appointment at this beautiful and clean building. The ladies were welcoming and friendly, making me feel very comfortable from the start. Although I was a bit scared about the laser treatment, the ladies made me feel at ease. They took their time with me and went at a comfortable pace.

  It’s absolutely insane how unprofessional the manager at this location is. I started going to Semper back in May/June.. due to some unforeseen circumstances and LIFE happening, I was behind on my payments. I called them on September 19th basically letting them know I’d love to get back on track with my payments, Camila then helps me set everything up. She was super sweet, efficient and made sure my account was set up to where I can catch up and ALSO resume my sessions. She lets me know I have to pay $292 on or before October 20th, ok cool.. no problem.. I then get a text message on October 19th, letting me know that my payment is late and will accrue a $35 late fee… let me also add that I called on the 17th during my lunch break to make my payment and the manager didn’t call me back on time, no problem. I called again on the 18th and also no answer.. but they want to message me on the 19th talking about a late fee. Keep in mind, I made my first payment of $100 on May 2nd and have only gotten ONE session done (first session is typically free at any laser place but I digress)… Camila told me that after I make my payment of $292 I’m all set and can resume my sessions, Diana (the manager) decided that after I made my payment today of $292 that I now can’t schedule another session until I make another payment for November to build “trust”. So in other words I’ve now paid a total of almost $400, have only gotten ONE session done and can’t schedule an appointment until I make another payment of $111. That sounds absolutely insane. She started throwing it in my face that they helped me as if that’s not what they’re there for. And that they’ve “never paused a subscription for anyone else but me” like PLEASE I CALL BS. I will no longer be coming to this location, a lot of my friends who come to this location have also transferred because of Diana. I was giving the benefit of the doubt because I hadn’t personally had a bad experience with this location but now I see why everyone is leaving. Extremely unprofessional, they don’t communicate with EACH OTHER to make sure they’re all on the same page and they lack empathy. I’m extremely disappointed. This location would run a lot smoother if there wasn’t such a condescending person running this place.
