- JLjanelle livingstonMar 31, 20261.0I have been bringing my sons here for 13 years and while I understand that one bad experience compared to all the great experiences we have had does not define this place it only takes one poor one to lose my business. My son has been growing out his hair for a year. We had highlights done just before the start of school. He went in with his dad for just a routine side trim and came out with most of his hair gone. About 5 inches off because when he said dont touch the top, the hairdresser felt that she needed to blend his sides with the top. My husband sat waiting in waiting room, my son (13) was raised to respect adults. She didnt listen, he said it was fine, even my husband asked him if that is what he wanted after the cut but he was to embarrassed. He came home in tears because again, too polite to tell them they messed up. Highlights completely gone. Yes, he had notes in his file, yes, my husband said just what he had the last time, yes, it was just the sides and not the top the last time he went in and it looked great. He will never go back, I will never go back. Its hair, I get it, it will grow back, sure, but at 13, trying to find his place and define his look she took that from him. Please listen to these kids, parents stand next to them when cutting their hair. He will be fine, we will start this process over, but I will never bring him back here.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
