I asked for shopping bags, as I often receive them at other locations, but the staff here were unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. They outright refused and told me I needed to go back to the original store (which is Texas) where I purchased my items to get shopping bags. This lack of basic courtesy and customer service is unacceptable, especially for a brand like Sephora. I hope they can improve their approach to customer care in the future.
