I asked to have my hair washed and was told that they had no water due to construction work that was being done. Nothing was noted on the door that they had no water. I didn't have time to go anywhere else, so I just had my hair cut. Doug did an awesome job and have no complaints with the cut itself, but with the fact that there was no water and nothing noted.

- BVBrian VillucciAug 26, 20251.0This was a very bad experience. The lady smelled like cigarettes. Her work area was covered in other people's hair and her tools where dirty. She had a bad attitude also. She didn't care what I told her I wanted , she gave me a very low cut and blamed it on how my hair grows and then blamed it on there not being notes in my profile. I told her exactly what I wanted and she is the 1st person to mess up a very simple cut. She also got upset and combative when I told her she wasn't doing what I wanted. During the payment process she completed my customer survey for me! You need to get rid of that person. Totally unprofessional and dirty. And the smell of cigarettes on her hands was atrocious. Unfortunately I didn't notice most of these things until I was already seated and the cut began. Management must be bad as this location. Its has been going down hill. I will not return. I recommend you go elsewhere for you hair cuts.

She Literally ignored me with a weird look. And I waited patiently and then someone walked in and she even asked them if they checked in. I really didn’t understand and what is going on!!! But this is not expected from great clips. Am happy to talk with manager and provide them a feedback. Absolutely sucks and unacceptable behavior.
