Left my old Salon Centric Account Card w my Account number listed on the back @ home but went to Salon Centric anyway. Associate with long blue hair griped @ me for not using the Salon Centric App. I said I always use my card as it lists my account number on the back, had been buying @ Leesburg location for 3-yrs this way. Associate argued with me that my account number was NOT listed on my account card & proceeded to try & find my account. No record of me at all. Associate was SO RUDE & MEAN to me stating “Don’t come back!”. I will go back with my card & ensure Salon Centric has their 20 year customers information in their inept system to ensure I am never treated like this again. She should be fired. Told me to F off as I walked out door. Unbelievable.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
