I got there 5mins later and it looked like someone was in there but the lights were off and the doors were locked but online and the door said open till 6:30. Sad I didn’t get to purchase my items :(

Today I’ve watched her made a hand sign language calling someone/customer weird as there customer walking out the door. She was free to register my items today but not said a word and walked away to do other things . My last visit with her she couldn’t find me in the system and rudely said I can’t shop there. I’ve left to come back later after signing back into my account , I walk in and she publicly threw an attitude still tried to refuse. I’ve been licensed for 10 + years. Other staffs are professional and wonderful! I appreciate them

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
