I ask about the price which I was told one price and and at the end it was way more then what was told. They took a little bit off. Wanted shoulder length for a little bit below should look like since I have long hair. I got neither. Just a trim. Then they proceeded to blow dry my hair. In which them telling me that I look absolutely beautiful. When looking in the mirror, I was tremendously frizzy and my hair resembles a puffball. Now I know a lot about hair I just didn't have the time to do it myself. So I thought why not treat myself. After telling this person twice that it was frizzy I was told that my hair was just like that and basically there was nothing that they could do. To say that I was upset, you got that right. It was extremely hard for me because this person was very very nice. Would I recommend this place. I don't think so. If you're not willing to listen to your client when they tell you that something is wrong. You are the hair stylist you should fix it. Hair Cuttery there's no way that you can make this up to me. Let me explain how I refuse to pay more money to come in and waste gas as well to have somebody else not listen to me and not give me what I asked for. What a waste of money. I spent a long time wanting to cut my hair and when I finally decided to do it I ended up with a bad experience in cut and style. Smh
