When I drove down there and saw it was a 30 minute wait I was also advised you can’t call in and make an appointment. You can only do it online. It’s really inconvenient to not be able to make an appointment over the phone or to just find out how long wait time is by phone. To provide better customer service you should change the policies. I ended up going to a different Franchise haircutting place and got a great haircut and I didn’t have to wait at all

I was assured it would come out fine even though they dont even carry products for blowing out wavy/curly hair. I usually can go into a salon and my hair is silky smooth and the blowout will last me 5-7 days. It was blamed on me needing a trim but I know from experience its not true. I just got a trim a month ago and if that was the case then would it not just be my ends looking a bit frayed? I could tell it wasnt right when I got up from the chair. Its been two and a half hours and my hair hasnt even lasted the night. Absolute WASTE of my money and time. If you cant do something dont do it. And what salon only caters to straight hair? Doesnt even carry BASIC products for a smooth blowout. It looked like when I try doing it myself at home but I wouldve done it in half of the time. Never coming back.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
