Getting a simple mens haircut here is a total roll of the dice. Sometimes it’s "ok" , but too often it’s uneven or simply not what I asked for. I feel like they are rushing for quantity over quality. I will be taking my business else where because I’m tired of having to go home and try to fix it myself or wear a hat for a week.

It's alway same lady and her attitude so we won't go back . Our great clips in tampa is the best and they trim beards it. The manager at land o lakes doesn't care and Noone does anything about it read all their reviews .

This was the first time she cut my hair, and she couldn’t even get my sideburns close to symmetrical. One side was a solid half-inch longer than the other. I went back inside and asked her to fix it—she tried again, but it was still noticeably uneven. When I put my glasses on in the car, I could see it immediately. I went back a second time, clearly annoyed, and she actually pulled out a ruler trying to argue they were even and that it only “looked” off because of “thickness.” That’s ridiculous—sideburns either match or they don’t. She kept asking me which side I thought looked better instead of just fixing them properly - I told her I just needed them to match but she couldn’t comprehend this. At that point I told her I’d let my wife fix it at home and walked out. I went home and had my wife fix it in about 60 seconds. I ended up paying for a haircut that was botched twice and left me frustrated. If you’re a guy, do yourself a favor and stay away from Pamela.
