  Warning‼️‼️‼️‼️Extremely Disappointed with My Experience I recently visited JESSICA KASKI at Salon Loft #18 in Lakewood Ranch, and unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. I came in with a specific request for a light brown hair color and was told that it would be achievable, with only a slight warmth due to previous box dye use. However, no strand test was performed, and the result was drastically different — my hair turned out orange. What’s worse, I was left alone with bleach in my hair for an hour without a single check-in, followed by another 30 minutes with toner. At no point was the condition of my hair or the lift evaluated during the process, which felt incredibly unsafe and unprofessional. I was charged $989 for a service that left me feeling humiliated and insecure about my appearance. While I was told there were no upcharges, this price for the outcome I received feels extremely unjustified. I politely requested a refund for the coloring, but was denied — despite the fact that my hair now needs to be fixed elsewhere, at additional cost to me.I asked if we could meet up again for her to see my hair and she gave me a time and canceled the next morning saying she made different plans. This experience has left me not only disappointed, but genuinely upset. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions before booking.
