I had hair down to my boobs and she cut it over my shoulders. I can barely pull it up and hair falls out from a low pony tail. I wanted it to be framed and ended up with ugly bangs. She did the hair cut in 10 minutes by pulling up half of it, taking it all and doing one big chop then taking the other half and doing another chop. It’s not even at all and nothing that I asked for. I even showed her multiple pictures and walked out looking like an 8 year old boy. We’ve gone multiple times out of convenience because it’s walking distance but at this point I’d be willing to drive an hour away then deal with this place. The man with short hair did good and the bigger older lady did good. Don’t go to the skinny old lady with shaky hands. She’s horrible
